About this release
DUNS integration
It is now possible to connect with Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S®. You can then compare and save supplier data based on a DUNS number at various places in the application.
Fields in the Supplier Portal
You can now determine per supplier data field whether the field is only visible internally, or also for the supplier as part of an information request in the Supplier Portal.

- Enters were temporarily not visible in large text fields, such as the 'Contract description' field. This has now been resolved.
Dashboard
New
- [Query] A new filter option has been added: IS NULL. This makes it possible to filter on NULL.
- [Query] A new filter option has been added: NULL OR VALUE. This makes it possible to filter on NULL and a chosen value.
- [Query] Three new tables are available: SupplierDataMessage, DataRequest and DataRequestData. These tables contain data regarding Supplier Data Portal requests.
Vendors
New
- A new integration has been realized: DUNS. When using this link it is possible to transfer supplier data directly from the DUNS register. This functionality can be configured via: Admin > General settings > 3rd party integrations.
After setting up, the functionality can be used at the locations below. After entering a DUNS number in the DUNS field at these locations, a button will appear with which DUNS data can be viewed and copied.

- Information request detail form in the client (only to view and compare DUNS data) - It is now possible to determine which supplier fields (standard fields and free fields) are visible to the supplier in an information request. This setting can be found in Admin > Vendor Rating settings > Information request default settings > Vendor Management fields.
- Bank accounts in information requests now have status icons.
- [Supplier Data Portal] Users with access to Supplier Data Portal requests will now receive a notification on the Start Center when a new supplier request is received. You can click on the notification to navigate directly to the request.
- [Supplier Data Portal] It is now possible to hide locations in the Supplier Data Portal. You do this via Admin > Vendors settings > Supplier Data Portal > Vendor management fields settings.
- It is now possible to indicate in an information request template whether the workflow should be started immediately after the request is returned.
- An order can now be set on a survey template. This order is used in the following locations:
- Survey template overview (Vendors > VR Dashboard > Settings > Survey Templates)
- Survey Template list during information request setup
- In the list of information request surveys in the Supplier Portal (for the supplier) - It is now possible to enter an explanatory text for answer options in a survey template. If an explanation is required for that answer, that text will be shown to the user completing the survey. For example, you can provide additional context here as to why the explanation is required and what you would like to know.

- For the KPIs '% Contract Compliance' and '% Contract Compliance YTD' it is possible to enter a minimum purchasing volume. Suppliers with a volume within the selected year lower than the entered volume will not be included.
AP Automation
New
French language
- From now on AP Automation and Procurement are available in the French language.
Check for VAT between lines
- Before it could occur that invoices were incorrectly offered to the ERP system and the invoice could not be posted. This was because there was no control on VAT between the header and sum of the lines when invoices from the 'Wait for goods' activity were automatically offered for matching. This is now solved.
Dimensions headerfields included in import
- From now on when dimensions are filled in via 'Invoice settings' → 'Defaults' → Headerfields they will be included in the header of the invoice during the import.
Open in new tab
- From now on it is possible to open an invoice in a new tab by right-clicking 'Open invoice in new tab' in the invoice overview.
Added or adjusted icons
The icons are visisble in the invoice overview of AP Automation.

Support import TaxDate via Classification/Smartscan/BRE*
- From now on the import of TaxDate is supported via Classification, SmartScan and BRE.

- From now on third party chargelines are supported for M3 users.

New dimensions for routing possible to import*
- From now on it is possible to use the 'Receiver' (Service Entry User) from the purchase order for the routing of invoices.
D365F&O
ISP-Projects API called*
- From now on when downloading a limited subset of projects from D365F&O to AP Automation the ISP-Projects API will be called.
Fixes
General
- An issue solved whereby the layout of icons were not properly aligned.
- The last comment on the invoice at rejected invoices is from now on visible again.
- From now on, when a user navigates from the invoice page to another page, the notifications in the right top corner will disappear.
- From now on the coding template checks for the supplier database ID. Therefore, when a codingtemplate with the same supplier name will be saved it no longer causes issues due to having a differen ID.
- An issue solved wereby in case of a different supplier in the lines and the header the header did not use the right supplier for the advanced route.
SAP
Check for special two way match*
- When the OrderDatabase is setup from now on a check will be done on a new receipt with a special 'two way match'.
Procurement
New
Extra tab 'Products' added'
- From now on it is possible to order products via the tab 'Products' besides the 'Free request' and the webshop.
- Via the search bar it is possible to search for an item.
- It is possible to filter and sort on different critera such as 'Categories', 'Vendors', and 'Price'.
Fixes
- When you were looking for an item in a 'Free request' and there were items in the shopping cart, it looked like the shopping cart was empty as the icon was not shown in pink. This is now solved.
- From now on, when item categories are uploaded the company number is taking into account to decide on the right categories.
- An issue solved whereby when the default currency is retired it no longer causes an error in a 'Free request'. In this case the default currency will be left empty.
