This overview shows all documents uploaded by suppliers (Vendor > Vendors > Select vendor > Details > Plus button at the top right of the page). Documents shown here may also have been added through an audit.
After uploading a file, clicking on the file can link the supplier and category.
| Setting | Explanation |
| File | The filename of the document. Click on the name to download the file. |
| Vendor | The name of the linked supplier. |
| Category | The linked document category. |
| Date | The date the file was uploaded. |
| Confidential | Indicates whether the document is marked confidential. |
| Start date | Document is valid from this date. |
| Enddate | After this date, the document is no longer valid. |
| Uploaded by | The display name of the user who uploaded the file. |
