VendorLink Start Center is the start page of VendorLink. Here you will find relevant information about all modules in the system and have quick access to it.
The page is divided in two panel, the left panel and the right panel.
These personalized Notifications give you insight into what happens in VendorLink and give you quick access to it. Click on a notification to immediately see the relevant information.
For example, we give a Notification when :
- contracts expire within a month
- contracts have expired but not yet archived.
- users haven't logged in for a while and give you clues as to what to do with it
- CheckListItems expire
- a supplier has completed an Audit
- a respondent has completed a survey
- a new supplier in Spend Management has been added
2. Information cards
For quick information and access to relevant suppliers, contracts and vendor ratings you can add so-called information cards to your Start Center. These information cards are an extension of (and replacement of) the supplier tiles in the Dashboard.
Go to a Supplier, Contract or Vendor Rating and click on the icon (example from the icon in the supplier details.) to get the cards at the start center to add.
Supplier card : The supplier card shows address details, the schedule and the contract of the suppliers.
Contract card: The contract card shows the same information as the contract summary in the Contract Details.
Vendor Rating card : The Vendor Rating card shows information about the survey submission and completion process within the Vendor Rating. The card is automatically added when the Vendor Rating by the last process step has gone.
3. Knowledge portal
In Admin, knowledge portal messages can be defined that are sent to users from VendorLink within your organization. Using organizations which, for example, to communicate certain procedures.
The right panel contains news posts about VendorLink. Here you will find for example information about new releases or upcoming events.
