VendorLink Start Center is the home page of VendorLink. Here you will find actions to be performed, notifications about events in your VendorLink environment and also the latest news regarding VendorLink.
Each item on the Start Center is explained on this page.
E-Signing Tasks
In this overview all open E-Signing tasks are shown. These are pending E-Signing requests that you still need to sign/reject. You can click on a request to go to the signing page.
Workflow Tasks
This overview shows all workflow tasks you are currently working on. These can be audit workflows, project intake workflows and contract approval workflows. Click on a workflow to navigate directly to it.
Alerts
These personalized Notifications give you insight into what's happening in VendorLink and give you quick access to it. Click on a notification to immediately see the relevant information.
We provide notifications when:
- contracts are about to expire
- new suppliers in Spend have been added
- new users have been added to the VendorLink environment
- a supplier has submitted an audit
- there are A/B spend suppliers for which no contract has yet been registered
- there are new Google Alert messages for your suppliers
Info Tiles
For quick information and access to relevant suppliers, contracts and vendor ratings, you can add information cards to your Start Center.
Go to a Supplier, Contract or Vendor Rating and click on the icon (example of the icon in the supplier details) to add the map to the start center.
Vendor card
The supplier card shows address details, the schedule and the contract of the suppliers.
Contract card
The contract card shows the same information as the contract summary in the Contract Details.
Vendor Rating card
The Vendor Rating card shows information about the survey submission and completion process within the Vendor Rating. The card is automatically added when the Vendor Rating has gone through the last process step.
Knowledge portal
The knowledge portal is a kind of mini intranet within VendorLink. The tiles and content can be configured by users with access to the Admin module. If set, it is also possible to click on these tiles to an underlying level.

This panel shows all kinds of news about VendorLink. Keep an eye on this panel for our Release Notes to stay up-to-date with all the changes within VendorLink.
