About this release
Duplicate check when adding vendors
From now on, when adding a vendor, existing data will be checked. We check, among other things, whether the reference and the Chamber of Commerce number already exist and inform you of this when you fill in these fields.
Mark complaints as confidential
It is now possible to mark registered complaints as confidential. Only users associated with the 'Vendor Management Confidential Attachments' role have the permission to view these complaints.
All changes are explained in the release notes below.

- Various layout corrections have been made.

- The status of an external signature (contract detail tab 'External signing)' is now visible in the contracts overview.

Vendors
New
- When creating a vendor, we now check whether certain data already exists with other vendors. This prevents vendors from accidentally being created twice. The following data is checked:
- Chamber of Commerce (warning)- VAT (warning)
- D&B number (warning)
- VAT code (warning)
- Graydon ID (warning)
- CreditDevice ID (warning)
- AnnualInsight ID (warning)
- Referentie (block)
We give a warning for all fields except Reference. You can then choose whether to change the entered data or continue. In the case of a duplicate reference, we block the user from adding the vendor, because the reference is intended as a unique vendor number. - [Supplier Data Portal] Fields with 'Edit during review' checked are now also editable while a workflow is linked and started. Previously, this was only when no workflow was yet linked.
Bugfixes
- After opening an information request, the list of products was no longer automatically sorted by status, this has now been corrected.
Admin
New
- It is now possible to adjust texts in the application as desired. For example, do you use contract products but prefer to call them healthcare products? Then you can adjust this in Admin > Miscellaneous > Translations. The new name will then be displayed everywhere in the application. Not sure what adjustments you need to make? Please contact Support via the Support button at the bottom right of the application.
- Each user can choose the language in the application themselves. As an administrator you now have the option to limit this choice. In Admin > General settings > Personalization you can now select which languages are available to the user.
- It is now possible to manage archived user profiles. An archive has been added that can be reached by using the 'Active - Archived' filter at the top right of the user profiles overview (Admin > General settings > Users > User profiles).
- A default recipient can now be set for the contract notification 'Enddate actionpoint'.
