About this release
E-Signing workflows
It is now possible to use a workflow prior to an E-Signing request. You can involve internal users and supplier contacts in these workflows. If a workflow is used, the E-Signing request will only start after the workflow has been completed.
All changes are explained in the release notes below.
General
New
- In many overviews you will now return to the page you were on after closing an editing window.
Fixes
- Several text corrections have been made.
- Several layout corrections have been made.
Dashboards
New
- The loading time of query overviews has been optimized.
Vendors
New
- The DORA report (Vendors > Risk Assessment > DORA - Register of Information) has been expanded.
- When a vendor note is added, vendor administrators will be notified by email.
Contracts
New
- It is now possible to use a workflow prior to an E-Signing request. You can involve internal users and supplier contacts in these workflows. If a workflow is used, the E-Signing request will only start after the workflow has been completed. Workflow templates can be added in Admin > General settings > Workflows.
- The '2nd party' column in the contracts overview now has a filter.
Fixes
- Manually adding products via the form is possible again.
Admin
New
- User profiles can now also transfer companies and category roles to users.
