The moment you have added all the desired elements to your report, you can format the report. You may want to change the position of certain tiles, remove a tile or add extra information.
It is possible to change the position of a tile by means of the arrows in the upper right corner of the tile. With the arrow to the left you move the tile one place to the left, and right vice versa.
You can remove a tile by means of the x-icon, at the top left of the tile. You cannot undo this, but you can add the tile again if you deleted it by accident.
It is possible to export the contents of some tiles. You do this by means of the button with the three bars, in the upper right corner of the tile. You can read more about exporting data from VendorLink here.
Adding info to tiles
For tables it is possible to add extra textual information to a tile. This can be very useful if you share reports with others. By clicking on the question mark in the upper left corner, and then clicking on 'Edit Info', you will have the opportunity to add information to this tile. Users see this information, including general information about this table, when they click on the question mark.
