You can use surveys to ask your suppliers questions, for example you can ask your suppliers about their delivery conditions. You can also use these surveys to let them know what you expect, so the supplier can indicate per question if they are able to meet your expectations.
The surveys are based on the survey templates of the Vendor Rating module. The survey can be defined in the quotation and consists of:
- Preset answers
Previously defined questionnaires are available under the 'Library' button.
1. Add a survey to your RFQ
Adding a questionnaire to the RFQ is possible in two ways. The complete preparation of the survey or the selection of a previously entered survey from the Library.
After pressing 'Add' a dialog will appear in which you can enter the name of the survey.
2. Adding headers and questions to your survey
Adding a heading gives you the option to group your questions, creating a well-organized list.
With the addition of a question, a question, wish or requirement can be defined.
Click on a question to edit it, or assign it to a header. If you use the question type 'Select' or 'Radio buttons', you can also set answers that the supplier can choose from.
