Notifications
This overview shows the currently present general notifications. The overview shows what kind of notification it is, whether the notification is active, the set period, whether an email will be sent to the contract manager, and who the default recipient is.
Click on 'Add' to set a new notification. Click on a notification in the notifications list to edit it. All settings are explained in the table below.

| Notification active | Determines if the notification active. Use this setting to enable or deactivate the notification.= |
| Notification moment | This is the notification type. E.g. 'End of contract'. |
| Period before notification moment number | Detemines the amount of times 'Period before notification moment period' counts. E.g. If you enter 10 here, and 'Week' for the period, the notification will be sent 10 weeks prior to the 'Notification moment'. |
| Periode voor notificatie moment periode | The notification period type (day, week, month, quarter, year). |
| Mail to managers | Determines if the contractmanagers also receive this notification. |
| Default recepient | De default recepient of the notification. |
| Subject e-mail | The subject of the notification e-mail. |
| Description e-mail | The content of the notification e-mail. You can use the following tags for contract notifications. When the notification e-mail is sent, the tags will be automatically replaced with the appropiate information. [VL:CONTRACTNAME] = The name of the contract |
