For each table, VendorLink displays a few default columns. However, sometimes a table may get cluttered with columns that aren't relevant to your current situation. To solve that, we are giving you the option to choose which columns you want to see for certain tables. You can also rearrange the columns by dragging them to the desired position.
These column settings are user-bound, which means that only you see these changes. Each user can individually change their column visibility settings.
Follow the instructions below to change your column visibility settings.
- Check if this function is available for the table you wish to edit. If this is the case, you will find a 'Columns' button in the top right corner of the table.
- Click the 'Columns' button.
- Make your preferred changes. You can change a columns visibility setting by clicking it's name once.
White = Hidden
Blue = Shown
- Click 'Save' to save your new settings.
You have succesfully changed the column's visibility settings.
