In this overview you see all workflow sets within this VendorLink environment. The overview shows basic information about existing workflows. All these columns are explained in the table below.
VendorLink has three types of workflows:
|Audit workflow||This type of workflow is used during the assessment of an audit in Vendor Rating.|
|Contract workflow||This type of workflow is used when approving a contract in Contracts.|
|Supplier Data workflow||This type of workflow is used during the approval or rejection of a supplied new supplier in Vendors.|
|Risk Assessment||This type of workflow is used during approval or rejection of a Risk Assessment in Vendor Rating.|
A workflow can have multiple steps and a step can have multiple users. For each step you can indicate that completion of the step interrupts the entire workflow, or that the workflow continues to the next step. You can also link multiple users to one step and indicate that not every user has to approve the step, but that one approval is enough to continue the workflow to the next step.
An example of two options in a workflow step are:
You can also indicate per step whether the step is already active at the start of the workflow, or whether the step can only be assessed if the previous step has already been assessed.
