Complaint supplier e-mail settings
Under complaint settings it is possible to set up the e-mail that you receive when a complaint has been submitted. These settings are explained below.
|Complaint to supplier portal||Determines whether the complaint is visible in the Supplier Portal.|
|Subject||The subject of the email.|
|Text||The content of the email.|
After a complaint has been processed, a score can be given. This score can be linked to a description. For example: With a score of at least 7, the complaint is labeled 'Good'.
In the example below, each complaint score above 9 is considered 'Excellent', scores between 7 and 9 as 'Great', scores between 6 and 7 as 'Good' and scores from 1 to 5 as 'Bad'.
These email templates can be used when you send emails about complaints from Vendors. When e-mail templates are available, you will see an 'Email Templates' button while sending the email.
