If you run into problems using VendorLink, clearing your web browser's cookies may help you out. Because it's usually not ideal desirable to clear all cookies, you can perform the following steps to clear just VendorLink's cookies. Clearing cookies will log you out of the application.

Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome.
- Open the page which contains all saved site date by copying the below link in the address bar of the browser: chrome://settings/content/all
- Type in the search field on the topright: 'vendorlink'.
- Click on the bin icon after every line until all lines are gone.
- Reload the page with the application.
Mozilla Firefox
- Launch Mozilla Firefox.
- In the top right corner, click the menu button, and select Options.
- Click Privacy & Security, in the navigation panel on the left.
- Under 'Cookies and site data', click Manage data.
- In the search field, type 'vendorLink'.
- Select all VendorLink related rows, and click Remove selected.
- In the bottom left corner, click Save changes.
- A pop-up window will appear, click Delete.
- Reload the VendorLink webpage.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the options button in the top right corner, and select Settings.
- In the menu bar on the left, click 'Cookies and site permissions'.
- Click 'Manage and delete cookies and site data'.
- Click 'Show all cookies and site data'.
- Search for 'vendorlink' in the search bar at the top right of the page
- Click on the arrow to the right to expand the cookies.
- Delete all cookies via the trash can icon.
- Refresh the VendorLink page.
