Receiving our e-mails is important when using VendorLink. For example: resetting your password, using VendorLink Teams and recieving reports and invites all involve e-mail communication.
If you're having trouble receiving our e-mails, check the following:
- Make sure you are checking the correct e-mail address. You will send e-mails to your user account's registered e-mail address.
- Check your spam or junk folder. Some e-mail providers have strict spam filters that may prevent our e-mails from reaching your inbox. If our e-mails end up in your spam or junk folder, make sure to mark the sender as trusted.
- Search your inbox for earlier messages from us. E-mails from VendorLink will always be sent from the @vendorlink.nl domain. We advise you to add the following e-mail addresses to your address book, to mark them as trusted;

- info@vendorlink.nl
- noreply@vendorlink.nl
