You have received an email with an invitation to the Supplier Portal. Depending on the invitation you received, there are two login options:
- Via a direct link, this is sometimes in the invitation email. In this case, the further information on this page does not apply.
- Via the standard login page.
The e-mail address at which you received this e-mail message is also the username you use when logging in to that login page.
Click on 'Log in without a password' and enter the email address where you received the invitation. You will then receive a code by e-mail that you must enter on the page. After that you are logged in.
Are you experiencing problems while logging in? Chances are, the email address you're trying to log in with isn't authorized by your customer. Contact them. Is the e-mail address authorized but cannot log in? Then send us a ticket.
If you are a member of multiple organizations within VendorLink, you will receive a pop-up with a list of available organizations. Click here on the organization for which you want to fulfill a task.
