In the 'Conditions' tab you will find all contract-specific conditions and agreements.
Conditions
This overview shows all conditions that are linked to this contract.
Add a condition
- Click 'Add condition' at the top of the overview.
- Fill in at least all blue marked (mandatory) fields. The meaning of each field is explained in the blue table at the end of this section.
- Click 'Add'.
Edit a condition
- In the overview, click on the condition you want to edit.
- Make all desired changes in the pop-up window.
- Close the window by means of the cross in the top right of the pop-up window.
Remove a condition
- In the overview, click on the condition you want to edit.
- Click on 'Delete'.
Contract agreements
All contract agreements are shown here. These contract agreements can be set be under Vendors > Contract agreements.
In the table below, all the terms in this overview are explained.
Term | Explanation |
Appointment | The name of the appointment. |
Norm min. | The set minimum standard. |
Norm max. | The set maximum standard. |
Unit | The unit set at the standard. |
Date of | The date on which the appointment starts. |
Date to | The end date of the appointment. After this date, the appointment no longer applies. |
