In the process, the supplier has the option to ask questions. This is done in the Supplier Portal.
Once a supplier has submitted the questions or the 'Ask questions' planning date has expired, the supplier can no longer ask questions.
When a supplier submits the questions, the signal user receives a message from the request for quotation. In the RFx the questions can be viewed and answered per supplier.
The overview shows the questions asked per supplier. When the questions are clicked on, the question can be answered.
When the 'Publish answers' button is clicked, the questions with the answers are made public anonymously (if this is indicated for in the answer) for all suppliers. They receive an e-mail about this. They can then log in to the Supplier Portal.
You can choose not to answer certain questions publicly, these answers then remain private for the supplier who asked the question.
