With an existing plan board you can change the layout and a number of settings.
If you still want to change the general settings that you set during the creation of the Planboard, you can do so via the '...' icon directly below the planboard name of the opened Planboard.
The Planboard is only visible to users who are members of the Planboard. You can manage authorization by clicking on the sphere with your initials at the top right. A pop-up will open in which you can link users to the Planboard.
You can still make changes to the tracks of your Planboard at any time. Click Tracks in the top right to manage the tracks.
You can drag the tracks in a different order, so that they will also be shown in a different order in the Planboard. Click on an existing track to edit or delete it. You can also add new tracks via the 'Add' button at the bottom of the pop-up.
Click on 'Add tasks' at the top right to add a new task. The table below explains the job's settings.
|Task||The name of the task. You can recognize the task on the Planboard by this.|
|Description||A description of the task.|
|Assign to||This is the person who should perform the task.|
|Execution date||This is the date on which the task must be executed.|
The task tile shows the due date and the assignee's initials.
In the backlog you can see all actions performed in the Planboard. For example, when tasks have been created, assigned and executed. Click on 'Backlog' at the top right to open the backlog.
