If you do not put data in the Spend module, this can have a number of causes. Check the points below when you run into this problem. If the problem is not resolved afterwards, you can let us check the situation by creating a support ticket.
Period selector
You may have selected the wrong period in the period selector, and you have selected a period for which no spend data is available. The period selector can be found top left in Spend. The first column indicates the year, and the second and third the from and to month.
2020 - 1 -12 therefore means month 1 to 12 of 2020. In other words, 2020. in it's entirity
Your user account's roles
Your user account settings may prevent you from seeing all Spend data or seeing Spend data at all.
You don't see Spend data at all, the menu bar on the left is empty
This is often caused by roles that are not set correctly. Ask your administrator to remove the 'Spend Category User' role from your account, leaving only the Spend role 'Spend Viewer' and possibly 'Spend Moderator'. The 'Spend Category User' role cannot be used in combination with other Spend roles, and can only be used when the categories/commodities are linked to your user account. Read an explanation of the user roles here.
You only see Spend data from some categories
Please contact your administrator. It has most likely set category restrictions on your account, so you will only see Spend data belonging to certain categories.
Missing data
It may be that there is no Spend data in the environment, or that parts are missing. This can have various causes, from an error in processing to data that was not supplied to us. Send us a ticket so that we can investigate the situation.
