Your user account settings may prevent you from seeing all Spend data or seeing Spend data at all.
This is often caused by roles that are not set correctly. Ask your administrator to remove the 'Spend Category User' role from your account, leaving only the Spend role 'Spend Viewer' and possibly 'Spend Moderator'. The 'Spend Category User' role cannot be used in combination with other Spend roles, and can only be used when the categories/commodities are linked to your user account.

It may be that there is no Spend data in the environment, or that parts are missing. This can have various causes, from an error in processing to data that was not supplied to us. Send us a ticket so that we can investigate the situation.
