Results
In this overview see information about the result of the appointment. In addition, the overview has been supplemented with two graphs; 'Value per month' and 'Quantity per value'.
Value per month: The values per month for the past two years (or less if applicable)
Count per Value: Shows how often certain values have been submitted.
Field | Explanation |
Result | The average result over all assessments of the relevant appointment. |
Lowest value | The lowest value given. |
Highest value | The highest value given. |
Last value | The last given value. |
Result count | The number of registered review of the appointment. |
Details
In the detailed overview of the vendor agreement, you can still edit the basic settings that you set when creating the agreement. The definition of these fields can be found in the article about the vendor agreement overview.
There is also an option 'Show agreement in Supplier Portal' with which the agreement can be shared with the vendor via the Supplier Portal. All data in the 'Results' tab is then transparent for the vendor.
Notes
This overview shows all notes about the vendor agreement. You see the description of the note, and by whom and when the note was posted. You can add a note via this overview, or during the assessment of the agreement via the form.
Planning
In this form you set the schedule for the selected agreement. You can use this function to determine how often this agreement should be assessed. The table below explains all terms used in the form.
Field | Explanation |
Number | The number of times the selected period. |
Per period | The type of period (day, week, month, etc.). |
Start date | The start date of the assessment period. |
Registration user | The user rating the agreement. |
Selection box in form | Determines whether the user rating the agreement uses the selection box to select a rating. If this is not activated, the user will be able to freely enter a number. |
Rating
In this overview you can see settings related to the display of the results of assessments. The table below explains all terms used in the form.
Field | Explanation |
Min | The minimum value the result must have to satisfy this rule. |
Max | The maximum value that the result must have to satisfy this rule. |
Rate | Determines how heavy the assessment of this contract agreement weighs in relation to other contract agreements and associated assessments. |
Description | A description for the display (for example, 'Pass' or 'Insufficient'). |
Color | The color of the rating (green, yellow, red). |
