This overview shows the spend per supplier of the current year, the 4 previous years and a total of all years shown. A spend from a supplier is shown when Spend is present in the Spend module. The supplier's reference number in Vendors and Spend must match for Spend to be visible here.
All columns from the overview are explained in the table below.
| Column | Explanation |
| Reference | The supplier's reference number. |
| Vendor | The name of the supplier. |
| Vendor Type | The supplier type. These are defined in Admin > Vendors settings > Tables > Vendor types. |
| Current year | The volume per supplier of the current year. |
| Previous years | The volume per supplier of the 4 previous years. |
| Total | The total volume per supplier, over the current year and the 4 previous years. |
