VendorLink users can send messages from VendorLink via TEAM, or by email. Team members who do not have a VendorLink user account can only by email by responding to one of the emails regarding the team they are have received before.
- Open the TEAM panel by clicking the TEAM icon at the top right clicking into the page.
- Click on the team you want to send a message to.
- Type a message in the text field, add an attachment if necessary and click Send.
- The message is now displayed in the team chat window. All messages that sent from VendorLink or by email, the team chat window shown, and all users will also receive notifications about this with all relevance message information by email.
When you have received a team message and would like to respond to it by email, you can simply respond (possibly with attachments) to the relevant e-mail. All team members will be notified by email of your sent message. VendorLink users can also see your message in the TEAM chat window.
