If you get the message 'Update failed' when you want to add new data or try to edit existing data, this means that the data has not been saved. Often the reason for this is that invalid characters have been entered.
Check:
- if the entered data does not contain invalid characters, such as special characters (!@#$%^&*) in a field where only numbers are allowed.
- whether the name entered is not too long. Many fields do not support more than 50 or 100 characters. Please shorten the input and try again.
