You have received an e-mail and start center message stating that there are audits with an expired signal date, but what exactly does this mean?
Why did I receive this message?
With Audits, suppliers can be asked to provide data. With such an audit, a signal user can be fixed and a signal date. This date and user are set by the user who created the Audit.
When the signal date has expired and the supplier has not yet responded to the Audit, you will receive this message.
What action do I take?
Go to VendorLink > Vendor Rating > Audits and click Sent. You can use the link in the mail to navigate directly to Vendor Rating. You can see all the audits that have been sent here. You can filter here by signal date by, for example, entering '<19-04-2019' in the filter. This shows all audits whose signal date has expired.
Now you see a list of all audits for which the signal date has expired. Go through it and investigate why the supplier has not yet responded. For example, create a message in VendorLink TEAM to inform the supplier again about the outstanding audit.
