In the final step you have the option to edit the subject and content of the e-mail sent to respondents. The mail that is shown here by default can be set under Admin > Vendor Rating settings > Audit default settings > Audit e-mail settings.
In addition, it is possible to choose an e-mail template. You can set up e-mail templates in Admin > Vendor Rating settings > Audit default settings > E-mail settings > E-mail templates.
When you are satisfied with the design of the audit, click on 'Send Audit'. If this button is not available, check whether a contact person has been selected for all vendors in the 'Vendors' tab.
The invitation has now been sent to the e-mail address that you specified in the 'Suppliers' tab. This is one email address per supplier, but all registered Supplier Portal users at the supplier have the option to answer the audit when they log into the Supplier Portal. The audit has also been moved from the 'Audit settings' section to 'Audit sent'.
