This page provides an overview of all current standard notifications regarding Contracts. Here it is possible to set various notifications. These notifications can relate to a number of actions, such as the end of a contract.
While adding or editing a notification, there are various properties that you can define. The meaning of each setting is explained in the table below.
|Notificatie Active||Indicates whether the notification is active. If a notification is not active, the notification will not be sent.|
|Notification moment||The type of notification (e.g. end of contract).|
|Period before notification moment number||The number of times the chosen unit at 'Period before notification period'.|
|Period before notification period||The type of period (day, month, year etc).|
|Mail to managers||Determines whether notifications are sent to the contract manager(s).|
|Default recipient||Determines who or which e-mail address receives a notification by e-mail as standard.|
|Subject e-mail||The subject of the e-mail notification.|
|Description e-mail||The content (body) of the e-mail notification.|

|End of contract||An email to the default recipient (if selected) and contract manager (if checked) when the completed period has expired before the end of a contract. The 'E-mail subject' and 'E-mail description' fields are mandatory.||[VL:CONTRACTNAME]
An e-mail to the notification user (if selected) and contract manager (if checked) when the execution date of a contract-specific notification has arrived.
|Workflow invite user Contracts||
An e-mail to the user who is currently making a move is in a contract workflow. The 'E-mail subject' and 'E-mail text' fields are mandatory.
Period settings and mail to contract managers are not supported with this notification.
|New Contract Notification||
A daily email to all users with the role 'Contract Management Viewer' or 'Contract Management Moderator' containing details of all newly added contracts in the past 24 hours. If no contracts have been added, no mail will be sent.
Period settings are not supported with this notification.
The fields 'Subject e-mail' and 'Description e-mail' are required.

An email to the default recipient (if selected) and contract manager (if checked) when the completed period has expired before the end of a contract. The 'E-mail subject' and 'E-mail description' fields are mandatory.
