With VendorLink TEAM you can easily connect with your own colleagues and with your suppliers. The communication goes via VendorLink and is linked to a supplier or contract. You create a team for each supplier or contract, to which you then link members who are part of the conversation. Each participant receives an email by message in the team, so that everyone is kept informed. Members of the Team do not necessarily have to be users of VendorLink, it is also possible to make e-mail addresses a member of the team.

The entire conversation of a team can be seen in the Team panel in VendorLink. On the left you see a list with all your teams. In the example below you see a team called '#CONTRACT - LEASECONTRACT 1' with two members there, Bram and Paul. Attachments sent in Team messages are automatically displayed in the information bar on the right so that they can be easily found in long conversations.
