Archived contracts are no longer shown in the regular contracts overview, but are only visible in the 'Archived' tab.
After you retrieve a contract from the archive, the contract will be shown again in the 'Active' tab.
Any notifications that are still scheduled for this contract will be sent when the notification date arrives. The contract can also be used again in other VendorLink modules, such as Vendor Rating.
- Navigate to Contracts > Contracts > Active.
- Open the contract you want to reactivate.
- Open the 'Details' tab. This tab is opened by default when you open a contract.
- Click on 'Retrieve from archive'.
